Assessment

We offer comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children and adolescents. The evaluation process comprises of three steps.

Intake: This is an initial meeting with the caregivers to gather background information, determine the evaluation questions and develop the assessment plan. The child or adolescent may participate in the intake process as well if appropriate and warranted.

Testing: Over one or two sessions, a series of standardized tests are administered. The sessions are planned keeping the child or adolescent’s developmental level in mind.

Feedback: A written report is provided to the family. The testing results and recommendations are discussed at this meeting.
